3.1 Imaging Core
The module is built around a 1/1.8-inch CMOS image sensor. This sensor provides a maximum resolution of 3840 horizontal by 2160 vertical pixels, resulting in a detailed 4K image. The scan system is progressive,
which is essential for capturing fast-moving objects without
interlacing artifacts.
3.2 Video Outputs & Compatibility
3G-SDI Output: This BNC connector provides a broadcast-standard video signal. It
supports long cable runs and is ideal for professional
installations. In 4K mode, it uses the EX-SDI (3G-SDI Level B) protocol.
HDMI Output: This connector provides a consumer-standard digital video signal,
perfect for connecting directly to monitors, televisions, or HDMI
capture cards.
The module outputs video on both connectors simultaneously, providing maximum installation flexibility.
3.3 Operational Modes
Day/Night Mode: The module can automatically switch between color and
high-sensitivity monochrome mode using an ICR filter. This can be set to Auto, forced Color, forced B/W, or triggered
externally.
Image Adjustment: A wide range of parameters can be adjusted via the OSD, including Brightness, Sharpness, Digital Noise Reduction (2D-DNR), and Defog
(DEGE DET).
4.0 Integration Instructions
4.1 Physical Installation
Dimensions: The unit measures 73mm in width, 73mm in height, and 140mm in length.
Mounting: A standard 1/4"-20 UNC threaded hole on the base allows for easy mounting on tripods or brackets.
Orientation: The module can be installed in upright or inverted (ceiling) positions.
4.2 Electrical Connections
Power Input: Connect a 12V DC, ±10% power supply to the designated terminals. Ensure the power supply can provide
at least 1A of current.
