The SNQ2971T's primary advantage is its configurable output. The desired analog format (AHD, TVI, CVI, CVBS) is typically selected via a dip-switch on the associated cable. The EX-SDI digital output provides an uncompressed signal option for compatible recorders and longer-distance transmission (up to 500m).
